1. Handmade Unique Nature
One-of-a-Kind Items: Every handmade flower and handmade cup we create is unique. Because they are crafted by hand, slight variations in color, size, shape, and minor imperfections are normal and celebrate the artisan process.

2. Return & Refund Policy
All Sales Final: Because our items are carefully made by hand, we do not offer refunds or returns for a change of mind.
